This is the first single of my first album which is entitled Beyond the Impossible. It is also the first track on the album and sets the tone beautifully. It starts with a combination of various Guitar Techniques such as Natural Harmonics, use of the tremolo arm (also incoparated during the solo) and volume swells. However , the main riff on which the song is heavily based is a straightforward rocker not very different to the style of classic rock bands.
Lyrically, the song is obviously influenced by my enthusiasm for cars but it also serves as an escape from the ordinary.
The video has been shot in Annavissos, Athens and features drummer-model Joanna Papagianni and bassist Miloop.
Pantelis Evangelopoulos and Nikos Silikos -School Year Memories
This instrumental has been composed by me and Nikos Silikos for a school documentary entitled Life in School : Classroom Reality. It deals with issues such as bullying and disruptive behaviour in School .
Although the musical direction is not very indicative of my solo career it still features aspects of my guitar playing and represents another musical side of me which are instrumentals.
